This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career within a large, iconic NZ company.In this role, you will be the vital link between our breweries and our consumers & customers in terms of Market Quality. You will partner our breweries to achieve the highest level of quality on products produced by managing complaints escalated via the Customer Service Centre and providing feedback to breweries through trade & warehouse audits.Key to your success will be:Strong communication capability with a high learning agilityProblem solving ability combined with the capability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholdersComfortable leaning into courageous conversations with internal stakeholders, customers and/or consumersDrive for results and a continuous improvement mindsetTertiary qualifications in a technically related discipline i.e. Science, Supply Chain or Communications will be advantageous.Quality management systems experience and working knowledge of Good Manufacturing PracticesThis is an exciting opportunity to experience growth on tap with a company who encourages our people to achieve something outstanding.
