This role is a sales and account management role that provides a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. In this Role, you'll get to: Grow the portfolio of accommodation partners in your assigned market by introducing potential partners to Trip.com and facilitating their onboarding process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners by providing data insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opportunities. Perform in-market research, provide insights and conduct performance review meetings with key stakeholders in your assigned market. Develop a high level of engagement with assigned accounts, applying an array of communication methods. Review partner productivity performance and implement actions accordingly, ensuring your portfolio of accounts are consistently optimised. Accurately and promptly resolve partner issues. Secure and coordinate merchandising activities for accommodation partners with special deals and seasonal promotions, supporting Trip.com marketing initiatives. Represent Trip.com in the local market by building the company's profile with key stakeholders and providing expertise in the local industry on market insights and trends. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. What you'll Need to Succeed: 3+ years' experience in sales, account management or revenue experience within the hospitality & tourism industry. Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various stakeholders at different levels. Strong relationship builder with the ability to earn the trust of others to achieve reciprocal outcomes. Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise work and be focused on achieving critical targets and deadlines with accuracy. A self-starter that is determined, motivated, persistent, and has a strong ability to act to achieve key results for the company. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to select and present insights to different stakeholders and implement action plans based on those insights. Great work ethic and committed to providing superior customer service to key stakeholders. A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel domestically 15-20% of your working time are required.
