Interpret data to identify trends and insights that support strategic decision-making in property management and marketing.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed market reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management and operational teams to inform strategic planning.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize property listings, marketing strategies, and occupancy levels.
Generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as tenant retention, rental income growth, and lead conversion rates.
Strategy & Forecasting: Collaborate with the marketing and leasing teams to develop data-driven campaigns that target prospective tenants and enhance property visibility.
Provide forecasting models for rental market trends, future demand, and pricing variations.
Use predictive analytics to anticipate market changes and tenant behavior, helping the company stay ahead of emerging trends Technology & Tools: Utilize statistical software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI) for efficient data management and analysis.
Manage online property management systems and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Optimize the use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track tenant interactions and improve service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications: Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analystic, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience in market research, data analysis, or property management is preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software.
