An experienced Marine Systems Technician is required to join our high-performing marine Fitout team. About the Role: The fitout team consists of a variety of highly-skilled tradespeople, able to expertly fitout boats and deliver a first-class customer experience. As a marine systems technician at Dickey Boats, you will be: Fitting and installing marine systems and electronics. Working with and understanding ancillary marine systems (e.g., generators, water makers, drive lines, steering systems). Working within a small, successful team to deliver exceptional finished boats. Working to system drawings and diagrams. You will be working with experienced technicians, committed to supporting you in our processes to deliver first-class results on every project. Ideal candidates: This role would best suit someone with relevant experience looking for a new challenge. The following skills and experience are highly desirable: Recognised qualification in marine systems; you could be working towards this or have comparable experience. Experience in installations or refits including any elements of electrical cable, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical systems, or refrigeration and air-conditioning installations. Excellent general finishing abilities and a craftsperson's eye for detail. Pride in your work environment and quality workmanship.
