Must have a certificate in Geographic Information Systems. Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and software development. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mapping and Geographic Information Systems. Experience in providing technical support, preferably in mapping. Responsibilities for Mapping & Support Specialist: Collect, verify, and update spatial data from various sources. Ability to maintain and update Geographic Information System database and ensure data integrity. Perform data quality checks and corrections. Analyze spatial data to identify patterns and trends.
