This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $56,000 to $110,000 per year. The applicant must have a bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, or Computer Science. The candidate is responsible for managing the timely and high-quality delivery of maps in our deployment queues.
Qualifications for Mapping & Support Specialist:
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, or Computer Science.
Must have a certificate in Geographic Information Systems.
Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and software development.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mapping and Geographic Information Systems.
Experience in providing technical support, preferably in mapping.
Responsibilities for Mapping & Support Specialist:
Collect, verify, and update spatial data from various sources.
Ability to maintain and update Geographic Information System database and ensure data integrity.
Perform data quality checks and corrections.
Analyze spatial data to identify patterns and trends.
Produce custom maps and spatial analysis reports based on user requirements.
