Manufacturing Manager

About the roleLead and manage a team of supervisors, to maximise efficiencies in productivity levels while maintaining product integrity and quality.
You will manage all production operations, working closely with a collaborative leadership team and Site Manager.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPositive leadership and development of people to ensure alignment with personal and business goals;Effective allocation of plant resources, including people resources and capital.Measure production performance and costs, analyse results and initiate corrective action as required to achieve optimum results;Proactively seek opportunities for cost reduction and improved productivity, including process and performance improvements, waste reduction, increased safety, reduced financial spend etc.
;Champion quality, safety and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory responsibilities in Food Safety;Cross collaboration with all functions across site and Watties Kraft Heinz to share knowledge and deliver best practice results.Qualifications & ExperienceMust have manufacturing management experience.Must have leadership abilities, positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.Must be able to work well within a team environment as well as work effectively with all associates.Associates or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.Understanding of requirements and importance of documentation.
