Job Profile Want to take your QS journey to the next level? We are looking for a Managing QS to lead a team of QS. This role supports the commercial and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, through quality planning, execution and a high level of commercial acumen.
Job Description: A construction career at Ryman is different from the average. The size, scale, and complexity of our projects match any in the industry. The buildings range from large-scale commercial buildings, apartment blocks, and townhouses. The Village Centres include commercial-sized facilities, such as swimming pools, commercial kitchens, high-level care facilities, restaurants, billiard rooms, cinemas, and hair salons, to name a few. The Village Centres range in size from 2 to 5 levels, with some having multi-level basements. Apartment blocks and townhouses are also common among Ryman Villages. 
Who we are looking for Significant experience in a senior QS role with team leadership. Proven experience in a large construction/multi-project environment.
