The successful candidate will possess excellent management skills, including experience in contractual negotiations, business planning, and financial management.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Lead our team with vision, strategy, and effective communication skills.Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficient use of resources, and drive business growth.Planning: Develop and implement business, service, and financial plans that align with our organisation's goals.Requirements:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager who possesses:A minimum of two years' experience in a managerial role.Contractual negotiation and dispute resolution skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Demonstrated knowledge of accurate report writing and data analysis.A Diploma in Business Management or equivalent qualification.Experience working with older adults, particularly those living with dementia.What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive work environment that values employee well-being.How to Apply:To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please submit your application, including your expected annual base salary, via email to (insert contact information).
