A key focus of this role is the strategic development and maintenance of partnerships with public sector agencies to ensure joint success of the visits and events annual programme. The Manager VCO needs to be able to deliver strategic leadership, team management and regular strategic advice and support to the Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services, to the General Manager and to Ministerial Services teams.Leading an overall VCO team of up to twenty staff, the role of Manger VCO has multiple opportunities to engage with senior leaders, mana whenua representatives, and to work directly in supporting international Guests of Government.
