As Transport Manager, you will drive change management initiatives, implement business strategies, and oversee roading operations.

Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee and manage the operations of roading services for the area.Strategic Planning: Deliver both strategic and business plans, ensuring alignment with roading activities.Change Management: Lead change initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes.Budget Oversight: Prepare, monitor, and report on the annual roading budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.About You To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of strong leadership skills, extensive roading expertise, and experience in change management.
