We help our clients achieve the right balance across the spectrum of generation through renewable energy sources, solar, wind, stored energy, hydropower, and fossil fuels; and alternative energy fuels including hydrogen and electrification.What will a day in this role look like?Leading and managing the Wellington Transmission & Distribution (T&D) team of 30+ engineers, designers, and project managers.Developing and executing the T&D strategy for Wellington; representing the team in senior leadership discussions and overseeing the financial performance and delivery outcomes of the T&D business.Fostering a high performing, engaged environment whilst ensuring team wellbeing and health and safety in line with AECOM requirements.Driving team growth through recruitment, effective collaboration with offshore design teams, and workload management.Supporting business development; building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and overseeing bids.What are we looking for from you?The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
