In this role you will:Participate in and lead Reward engagementsWork effectively as a team member; sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.Help clients design and implement people and remuneration plans which support the business and HR strategyConsult on remuneration strategy, remuneration frameworks, remuneration benchmarking, short and long-term incentives and executive and director remunerationUse market data to inform remuneration decisionsEnsure deliverables meet EY standards of quality and risk.Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Finance with strong academic credentials preferred7+ years relevant experience post-graduation, ideally in either a large organisation or within a consulting or professional services environmentExperience of people and remuneration consulting projects essentialAnalytical skills, possibly with knowledge of financial modellingA collaborative team player who can build and develop relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.Our roles can also be offered on a flexible, and hybrid basis to balance your time between the home and office.
