Working closely with our leadership team, you will play a key role in driving profitability, creating a vibrant and engaging environment, and ensuring every guest enjoys outstanding service.Skills required:Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Extensive experience within the hospitality sector.Proficient in communication, both verbal and written.Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Food and beverage knowledge, including menu and bar management.Operational efficiency and inventory management.Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing compliance.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for guests.Ability to think on your feet, address issues as they arise, and find solutions quickly.Keen observer of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the business.Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, providing training, coaching, and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.If you're passionate about hospitality, customer-focused, and ready to embrace your next challenge, this exciting role at a bustling local tavern and restaurant promises plenty of variety and excitement.We invite you to apply!
