As the Manager Sustainable Investment, you will contribute to the success of BTNZ and its customers through leadership in sustainable investment, consistent with the broader Westpac New Zealand strategy and BT being a mainstream KiwiSaver provider.As the Manager Sustainable Investment, you will lead the delivery of BTNZ's Sustainable Investment (SI) Strategy and implementation of the SI Policy. You will support the investment team with the integration of ESG factors into the investment process, ensuring ESG data and climate-related metrics are available and analysed; and risks and opportunities are integral to investment decisions and stewardship activities.
