Mo tenei turanga mahi | About this role We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Strategy and Performance to lead a dynamic and enthusiastic team.
You and your team will work closely with Elected Members and our Executive Leadership Team, so you need to be politically astute and confident in a constantly changing environment.
You'll provide the strategic lens for the organisation and enjoy working with other managers to ensure a strategic alignment with the organisation's direction and what it achieves.
This role will require someone who loves to interact with people and has experience in Tikanga and Te Ao Maori settings.
This role is responsible for processes to develop strategy and policy.
It manages corporate planning and reporting requirements such as the development of the Long Term Plan and Annual Report.
You'll need to have knowledge and experience working with legislation and engagement processes to support and advise the wider organisation on obligations and opportunities.
