We are looking for an experienced leader to join our New Zealand Transport & Infrastructure leadership team and to lead our diverse and vibrant Southern Infrastructure Business. This role is an opportunity to build on a strong foundation and to lead the continued evolution of a constructive team culture, developing our people, delivering on our strategy and making every day better for the communities that we serve.
As our Southern Infrastructure team continues to develop, we are looking for a values-driven leader to join us through the next phase of our journey. No two days will be the same with this role, leading over 60 talented professionals across Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown.
This is an opportunity to lead the evolution of a constructive team culture, developing our people and delivering our strategy. As the Manager of our Southern Infrastructure business you will be responsible for strategy, sales, project delivery outcomes, recruitment, retention, mentoring and team development. You will have the autonomy to build on our existing strategy and will draw on the support of the Transport & Infrastructure leaders and market leaders to implement your strategy and deliver innovative, sustainable and community focused outcomes.

Experience in a people leadership role would be an advantage, however the role could also suit a delivery, technical or client focused individual who is looking to expand their career into people leadership.
