The Fale is a regional centre of excellence that operates to support sixteen Pacific Public Service Commissioners (PPSCs) in achieving their goals to strengthen public services for their citizens.To be successful in this role, you will have a strong track record in developing enduring relationships with senior public service officials and other stakeholders in an international context. You will have experience successfully leading others in a programme or project team environment and have direct experience creating successful engagement models and relationship strategies, particularly in a Pacific context.
