Where you'll be working: Executive, Level 14 Kolling Building, Royal North Shore Hospital What you'll be doing: Reporting to the Executive Director of Research, the Manager, Research Strategy will provide management, support, and advice in the areas of research, innovation, and collaboration. The position is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen NSLHD's research portfolio and develop relationships with key research partners. Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualifications in a science or health-related discipline and/or extensive relevant experience with proven leadership, management, and organisational skills in a clinical or health research environment. Experience in operational management in a complex health environment. Proven record of achievement in project management and leading organisational change. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop complex documents, such as briefs, reports, and grant submissions.
