Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, Data Insights and Monitoring, the Manager, Research and Evaluation is critical to ensuring the strategic positioning and role that research and evaluation plays in building the evidence base for Te Puni Kokiri to be effective system monitors. The Manager, Research & Evaluation will use their expertise to: Lead the creation and implementation of an evaluation programme that aligns to Government and Ministerial Priorities in key areas of influence for Te Puni Kokiri Lead a small but bespoke research programme of work that identifies opportunities that lead to economic growth or the adoption of whanau ora and whanau centre frameworks as trusted delivery models for the public sector. Provide leadership and strategic advice to direct and deliver to the Research and Evaluation work programme of Te Puni Kokiri Be a trusted advisor to a wide range of stakeholders who can support the development of solutions based on your Lead a team of highly skilled kaimahi and support them on best practice, implementation and opportunities as they present themselves. Lead and model a strong collaborative work approach and culture. The appointment range for the Manager role is between $153,574 and $191,967 per annum and the salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills and experience.
