Our Line 2 Compliance team play a leading role in driving great customer outcomes and delivering sustainable compliance across prudential, conduct and wider obligations management including regulatory change. We do this by designing, implementing, and reviewing compliance processes, capabilities and strategies and supporting our Line 1 teams to deliver a consistent approach across ASB.
Key outcomes you are responsible for are as follows: Helping the business to understand their obligations and what is needed to achieve compliance.Drive implementation of legislative changes to Line 1 and impacted divisions.Manage the pipeline of regulatory change and other systems used to monitor implementation.Challenging the adequacy of processes and controls identified by the business to mitigate compliance.Building and maintaining effective relationships with risk and compliance teams and other key stakeholders.Deliver any other initiatives as required to support the Regulatory Change Team and wider Line 2 Compliance team.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau? | What do I need to be successful?
