We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented change and project management professional to provide project and change management across firm operations.The RoleOperations Project ManagementReporting into the Head of Operations (HoO), this role leads the management of AJ Park operations projects in New Zealand, as well as having involvement in parent company-led projects across the globe.Responsibilities include discovery and business case development, stakeholder management, supplier liaison, change impact plans, managing project cadence, project plan and deadline management, and budget management and analysis.Facilitates project meetings and manages resulting deliverables.Coordinates project KPI data collection, review, analysis, and reporting.Manages and reports project progress from various workstreams.Manages project risk registers and proactively suggests and coordinates mitigation strategies with key stakeholders.Drafts and edits project communications.Prepares and reviews project proposals, reports, and presentations.Change ManagementDevelops change management plans for projects.Leads change management workstreams with a structured methodology.In collaboration with the HoO, manages training plans and deliverables, and supports the Training Coordinator with implementation of training for change initiatives.Develops communications relevant to change initiatives.Provides change coaching to stakeholders where required.Provides change reporting and other updates to management, SME teams, and other stakeholders.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Professional accreditations in change and project management.Experience in corporate project management within professional services or a member firm environment.Experience and understanding of the project environment, including experience with project methodologies.Critical judgment, with the ability to prioritise across competing objectives.Effective facilitation and influencing skills.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence even the most change resistant.Strong written, verbal, technological, and interpersonal skills.Excellent proficiency in collecting, organising, and interpreting data.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn other applications and programs.Please note that IT projects do not fall in the remit of this role – as such we are seeking candidates with operations project experience.What's in it for you?You will join a close-knit and inclusive team where you will gain fantastic experience and career development, both at AJ Park and across the rest of the IPH Group spanning Australia, Asia, and Canada.In addition to a competitive salary, your remuneration package also includes:Wellness benefit.Medical insurance.Leave purchase scheme (up to 2 weeks).Enhanced Parental Leave benefits.Structured professional development programmes.Study support.Hybrid working as standard.Social club.Fresh fruit delivered daily, weekly morning tea, and social events throughout the year.Who are we?We are not your typical law firm.
