This role reports to the Head of Product Compliance & works closely with the Heads of and SMEs across P&M, as well as Line 2 Risk function, to drive risk and compliance maturity uplift and being responsible for maintaining and reporting on the key compliance programmes and Conditions of Registration, ensuring P&M obligations are met.Who are you?You will have specific experience advising on risk management across operational, conduct and compliance risks.You will be an effective communicator demonstrating effective stakeholder management ability to ensure TSB maintains a compliant position and delivers fair customer outcomes.You will be considered as a subject matter expert on risk identification controls and broader risk management practices across banking standards.In this role, you can expect to:Act as the day-to-day operational lead for compliance programs owned within P&M.Lead the management of P&M risk registers, incident/issues registers and compliance obligation registers.Undertake in-house design effectiveness and operational effectiveness testing.We are looking for candidates who have:5+ years' experience in financial services compliance and/or risk role Knowledge of regulatory and legislative compliance obligations, including CCCFA, Fair Trading and Conditions of Registration.Experience in creating and assessing controls.What's in it for me?At TSB, we're small enough to really care about our customers but big enough to have great rates, innovative products, and digital solutions.
