As our new Manager Procurement Business Partnering you will support the procurement delivery teams to deliver effective and efficient procurement for ACC ensuring delivery is aligned with commercial strategies and Huakina Te Ra strategic goals.
Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Procurement you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across ACC to understand their business challenges, objectives and strategies and ensure an enterprise approach across all procurement activities.
You will lead three teams delivering procurement with their business partners driving creative approaches with the market and our vendors, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with government procurement rules. With procurement supporting areas such as Injury Prevention and Health, Maori Partnerships, Corporate and IT this is a role full of variety and interesting work.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Wellington.

We're looking for:
Strong negotiation and demonstrated strategic influencing skills.Experience leading the end-to-end procurement function within a large or complex organisation.Experience in driving material shifts in value for money with enterprise-wide and high value contracts.Experience setting organisational procurement and commercial strategies and policies to enable desired outcomes.A strong background in equity and social sector procurement.Experience in leading and developing teams, with the ability to drive performance in a collaborative environment.Mo ACC | Working at ACC
