The Primary and Community Health Policy team is responsible for leading a team of policy analysts in the provision of robust policy advice to improve outcomes for New Zealanders.
As Manager, you will effectively manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities whilst fostering strategic relationships with stakeholders (including other government agencies and health leaders). Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead programmes of work to deliver on the Government's and Ministry priorities and objectives.
Lead the development, planning and implementation of specific strategies, report on progress and ensure objectives are achieved.
Ensure the quality of work produced by the team is of a high standard and is delivered in a timely manner.
This role is band 20G with a midpoint of $162,129, appointing salary dependent on individual skills and experience.
This role is fixed term until November 2025, the intended start date is 27 January.
