This role is permanent based in our central Wellington office.About the role:This important position, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, will lead a team of eight with a further four indirect reports. The team will be responsible for management and delivery of ICT's portfolio and programme of work through a scaled Agile approach. The team comprises capabilities in business analysis, portfolio advice, product management and ownership, change, and communications. The team will manage a backlog of work, which is delivered by cross-functional teams from across ICT and the business.The role will be a key member of the ICT leadership team, working collaboratively with other ICT managers across the breadth of ICT's technical domains. The role will engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure business objectives are well understood and represented in ICT services and solutions. The position will also play a key role in programme and project governance and will lead ICT's participation in the long-term and annual planning processes.The Manager Portfolio and Programme will be a thought-leader in progressive delivery approaches, including Agile and Lean.
