We bring together extraordinary people, like you, to build a better working world.As a Manager or Senior Manager in our EY New Zealand Private Client Services team, you'll have an opportunity to take your career to the next level by providing a range of accounting, tax and advisory services to Private and Corporate clients across a variety of industries.You will be responsible for:Providing accounting technical expertise and exceptional client service.Providing accounting and tax planning and structuring (inbound and outbound) advice.Advising clients on their key business issues using a wide range of technology in real time.Mentoring and supervising junior staff members.Developing strong and broad relationships with clients.Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting, Business, Finance or Law.CA or CPA qualifications.4+ years' experience in accounting and tax consulting in a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, business consulting or legal environment.High standard of written and oral communication, with a focus on developing strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels with internal & external clients.Inherent teaming skills that extend beyond the typical structural approach to teamwork.Our roles can also be offered on a flexible and hybrid basis to balance your time between the home and office.
