This role will be pivotal in driving innovation and transformation within the financial services sector in New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver complex IT change programs with accuracy and speed.Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.Navigate the financial services sectors with your in-depth industry knowledge.Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication.Minimum Requirements:A proven track record of successful delivery in large, complex IT change programs.Demonstrable strength in managing vendor and technology partnerships.Essential experience in the financial services sector, specifically in banking or insurance.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.A minimum of 10 years' experience in a managerial or senior managerial role.This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can leverage their expertise to drive success in our dynamic team.The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
