We are currently able to offer an experienced Senior Clinician an opportunity to develop their management career as the Manager in our Nga Harakeke mai Rongokako Child, Adolescent and Family Service (CAFS).
CAFS is a multidisciplinary team working with a range of clinicians, dedicated to providing quality care to children, teenagers and their family/whanau, who are experiencing mental illness. 
We work from a consumer-focused perspective and aim to address identified needs and improve outcomes for both our consumers and their families. Nga Harakeke mai Rongokako CAFS have strong relationships and works collaboratively with others teams and individuals within the mental health and wider health sector and close links with tertiary services.
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior clinician with a mental health background, ideally with a child and adolescent focus. Applicants must be registered with an organisational professional body and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
Your technical leadership and guidance is imperative to the success of this role, having excellent communication skills to accompany that knowledge is a must. The environment is complex and changes quickly, you'll need to be able to show success in delivering in such conditions.
You'll be someone who is able to think outside the box and is confident making decisions using a mix of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement.
