Position: Manager, Nga Harakeke mai Rongokako Child, Adolescent and Family Service (CAFS)
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)
We are currently able to offer an experienced Senior Clinician an opportunity to develop their management career as the Manager in our Nga Harakeke mai Rongokako Child, Adolescent and Family Service (CAFS).
CAFS is a multidisciplinary team working with a range of clinicians, dedicated to providing quality care to children, teenagers and their family/whanau, who are experiencing mental illness.
We work from a consumer-focused perspective and aim to address identified needs and improve outcomes for both our consumers and their families. Nga Harakeke mai Rongokako CAFS have strong relationships and work collaboratively with other teams and individuals within the mental health and wider health sector and have close links with tertiary services.
Minimum Requirements:

Experienced senior clinician with a mental health background, ideally with a child and adolescent focus.
Registered with an organisational professional body.
Eligible to work in New Zealand.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to think outside the box and make decisions using analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement.
