Create impact as a Motor Segment Manager.In your role as a Motor Segment Manager, you'll develop and execute the annual growth strategy for our segment, drive P&L performance, and meet financial and non-financial targets for the motor segment and the Consumer Brands portfolio. You'll design go-to-market propositions for revenue growth and customer acquisition and collaborate across the value chain to ensure successful market launches. Utilizing data and customer insights, you'll optimize products and propositions. Ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks and fostering a strong risk management culture are key responsibilities.
