We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team, working across our premium tourism brands and the established and well regarded Ngai Tahu Property team. We're looking for a candidate that will lead all aspects of our marketing functions across Te Runanga Group and be excited to contribute to our iconic businesses, including:
Shotover Jet and Dart River, Huka Falls Jet The Agrodome and National Kiwi Hatchery The All Blacks Experience Hollyford Wilderness Experience and Guided Walks New Zealand The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who loves getting involved whilst managing multiple stakeholders to deliver these exceptional experiences. Reporting to the Group Head - Communications & Engagement, the key tasks for this role will include advising Te Runanga Group of branding risks and opportunities, leading and managing a professional and effective team, leading the development of marketing/campaign strategies, managing promotional collateral and digital marketing, graphic design management, and customer experience/stakeholder research and analysis.
What we're looking for :
5 + years' experience in marketing at management level Lead the implementation of high-level marketing strategies and campaigns as required for the Ngai Tahu Holdings group of businesses Relationship management with key internal and external partners Provide and implement appropriate marketing advice to brand leaders as required. Identify and lead marketing opportunities to enhance brand, reputation, market share and increase revenue. Advanced knowledge of digital technology and platforms, including CMS and CRM Experience in managing budgets and delivering commercial outcomes Ability to meet tight deadlines and coordinate complex projects Natural orientation towards change, improvement, innovation and kotahitanga An awareness of and affinity for the needs and aspirations of Ngai Tahu whanau Familiarity with the Treaty of Waitangi and its application to the work of Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu.
