Manager–Lakes Integrated Community Health Services Permanent, full time (80 hours per fortnight) Based in Rotorua hospital but covering Rotorua and Taupo Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is dedicated to serving all New Zealanders.

About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available to work as Manager – Lakes Integrated Community Health Services covering Rotorua & Taupo.
The role is based in Rotorua hospital and reports to the Service Manager-Medicine.
The focus is on operational and clinical service leadership to facilitate the effective and safe operations of the service.
About You You should have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience post registration in a clinical management position Previous senior leadership experience Proven ability to work in complex and changing environments Quality improvement experience Excellent clinical knowledge and skills that drive good patient outcomes and safety An understanding of clinical safety Accountable for working in partnership with professional leaders The ability to promote, facilitate and provide clinical governance to your team You would be:
Efficient and effective at running an office and a team Highly articulate in communicating with excellent listening skills Strongly focused on team and collaborative working Understanding of professional ethics Able to work autonomously Able to support and implement change Leading by example Able to guide, direct and drive your team to reach high standards of care Have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and computers Salary Range $122,570 - $127,720 pro-rated to hours worked
