The Manager Investigations is a newly created critical role to lead a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for delivering comprehensive and impartial aviation safety and security investigations to inform a broad range of outcomes in line with the CAA regulatory decision-making policy.The key to success in this role lies in combining a solid understanding of professional regulatory practice with the management and leadership skills to guide, motivate, build, and foster an inclusive, engaged and high performing team.The salary band for the Manager of Investigations goes from $160,911 to $224,304 with the mid-range being $190,277.
