We are looking for an experienced leader who can lead and support staff to embed the overarching organisational strategy Hokai Rangi, which expresses our commitment to delivering great outcomes for the people in our management and their whanau.The Manager Industries is responsible for managing external stakeholder relationships and employment activities on site for the people in prison and works collaboratively to train and upskill for the best reintegration for the people in our care. This is a broad role with a range of activities including our kitchen and farm operations that operate 365 days of the year. The Manager Industries will manage each industry-specific environment, as well as health and safety, risk/issue management, and budget management.You bring a positive and energetic approach to your work and team, and you can clearly articulate your motivation for pursuing this role. We are seeking someone who represents the qualities of a visible leader. You will need to showcase your experience in staff leadership and development, your ability to support business planning and strategic management, and your expertise in consulting with stakeholders.
