Experience & Qualifications At least a two-year period of experience in a managerial role.Contractual negotiations.Able to produce Business, Service and Financial plans.
Demonstrated knowledge of accurate report writing.Possess an understanding of management functions and the ability to carry these out effectively and efficiently.Possess an understanding of the dynamics and complexities involved in managing people, and competent in leading them.Ability to prepare information and documentation for relatively complex situations with a planned approach.
Preferable Diploma in Business Management or equivalent qualification.Experience with the health of older people.
