Their Counsellors work with individuals, couples and family/whanau and provide high-quality, ethical counselling services throughout Wellington, Porirua, Kapiti and the Hutt Valley. WellElder is looking for a special person to lead the organisation and day-to-day operations. Central to this is supporting a passionate team of part time Counsellors and office staff, and proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity requiring a friendly, confident and natural leader. You will be a future based thinker with excellent communication skills, have a strong customer focus and will genuinely enjoy stakeholder engagement. WellElder's office is centrally located in the heart of Newtown, right on the bus route. This is a permanent part time position for 20 hours per week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
