Manager

KY Fast Food & Restaurant in Stratford is looking for a full-time manager to join us, mainly responsible for organising and controlling the operations of our restaurant to provide dining and catering services.  This is a full time position, you will work at least 30 hours per, with hourly rate 30.00- $32.00, depends on your skills, qualification and work experience. At least 3 years work experience in business management is a must. Your duties will include: planning menus in consultation with Chefs planning and organising special functions arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders any other duties that may be assigned by the owner.
