Mo Tenei Turanga Mahi | About the RoleThe Manager – Digital Solutions is a key member of the EIT (Eastern Institute of Technology) Digital Leadership Team, and is responsible for designing, engineering, optimizing, and maintaining EIT's Enterprise Applications, Data and BI, Development, and Integration solutions The appointing salary for this role will be between $119,386 and $149,233, dependent on skills and experience.The Manager of Digital Solutions is based in our Digital division | Te Pukenga reporting to the Digital operations Lead - Rohe 2 and will be responsible for: Integration Strategy: Design and align the integration strategy with the broader digital strategy and technology roadmap.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to the Digital Solutions Team, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements through active engagement and clear communication.
Innovation and Optimization: Drive innovation, capitalize on emerging technologies, and implement best practices to enhance performance.
Governance and Oversight: Ensure alignment with organizational policies, industry regulations, and data privacy and security policies, while providing oversight to the solutions stack.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading a Digital Solutions function, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, set and achieve strategic goals, and navigate change.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for partnering with diverse stakeholders through relationship building and influencing.
Strategic Thinking: Developing and implementing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
