The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, coordinating with clients and partners, and ensuring the successful delivery of civil construction projects. This role is based in Auckland and Christchurch with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsCivil Construction, Civil Engineering, and Project Management skillsExperience in ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) and Development ManagementUnderstanding of Consenting, Planning, Programming, and Tender processesQuantity Surveying, Pricing, and Business Governance knowledgeStrong skills in Project Delivery, Land Acquisition, and Company system reviewExperience in Accelerated Workflows and Complex Programme managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build strong partnerships and networksExperience with Integrated sites, vertical buildings, and civilsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
