The Manager Group Risk Systems and Data ensures the smooth operational function of our Group Risk systems, ensuring a seamless link between our systems, our data, our people, and ultimately how we deliver to customer needs.
As our subject matter expert within Group Risk, the Manager will champion data and technical best practices across the team as we deliver an uplift in how we identify, assess, and manage our risks and our compliance obligations.
You will have experience working in a Casino or Gaming environment and/or experience in a similarly highly regulated sector (for example Financial Services).
Strong stakeholder management skills along with problem-solving and influencing skills are essential.
Technically, you should have experience working with a GRC tool or the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management system.
A proven background in technical delivery with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations with customers is required.
Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
Experience running a service desk and managing user bugs, enhancements, or technical queries, ensuring timely resolution of user queries, is also beneficial.
