They are a well-respected voice and are active and vocal on relevant issues and work to ensure older people stay connected with their family, friends and community.The Manager – Fundraising, Communications and Marketing is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of Age Concern's fundraising, marketing and communications plans, including brand, messaging, and media management, to increase public awareness about Age Concern and the needs and interests of older people.You'll have one direct report, namely the Fundraising and Communications Advisor, and will be responsible for leading and motivating them to perform at their best and foster a commitment to collaborative teamwork.Reporting to the Chief Executive, you'll be a pivotal senior member of the team, which has been described as "small and mighty," having a strong sense of family and care, collaborative, and supportive.
