This will be a permanent, full-time position that is an office-based role with options for flexible working arrangements open to applicants based in Auckland/Wellington/Christchurch.
The successful applicant will:
Lead and represent Collection Operations across project-based work, including Collections focused and wider Stats NZ project work.Lead and support the Collections Experience team, focused on respondent and frontline experience.Transform the team's products, services, and insights to align with Stats NZ strategy and direction.Provide coaching and development to the team, to support growth within their roles and foster a strong, inclusive culture across the team.Contribute to and implement the direction of Collection Operations to achieve the best possible outcomes for our kaimahi and respondents.Salary range: $ 118,052 - $ 138,158 + superannuation. Ko wai pea ka pai | Who might be suited You will:
Have experience working in a collection and/or service delivery environment.Experience with quality and customer frameworks that drive experience and auditing/continuous improvement initiatives would be an advantage.Understand the development and delivery of analytical products and services.Understand project or process design principles.Be an effective coach and create/engage with opportunities to develop your team members.Build and maintain strong links with internal customers within Collection Operations and wider Stats NZ.Tatauranga Aotearoa - Stats NZ is a Central Government employer of around 1400 people across Aotearoa.
