If you care deeply and are passionate about bettering society, here is where you will find meaning and work that is impactful.Job DescriptionWork closely with Associate Director (Fundraising and Donor Relations) in increasing support from donors; routinely identify and qualify prospective donors for donations.Support fundraising through select special projects/initiatives and solicit gifts from major donors as appropriate.Donor/prospect research and fundraising pipeline building.Establish and conduct a comprehensive review of donors/prospect and support efforts to forge new relationships to build visibility, impact and financial resources.Oversight of the donors "thank you" process with the preparation of stewardship and endowment reports, consultation on donors recognition opportunities.Manage communication/correspondence to donors. Prepare all donor(s)' stewardship reports to those providing endowed funds or whose gifts are for specific purposes that require outcome reports.Facilitate the management and executive of donor events (e.g. donors recognition receptions, luncheons, dinners, dedication ceremonies).
