The Voting Services team provides resources, training, and support to our field staff who deliver voting services to the public across New Zealand and overseas. The role focuses on supporting individual members and the team collectively to develop their skills, achieve professional aspirations, and grow their cultural understanding. You will also: Build an operating environment that supports effective processes and practices within the Voting Services team. Work with the team to develop and implement standards for quality assurance across processes. Lead and facilitate the team's participation in reviews of electoral events to identify potential changes and implement improvements.
