Benefits:Basic up to $6500 (negotiable)Full-Time Benefits Entitlement (AWS + Variable Bonuses + Yearly Salary Increment)Stable Career Progression / Wide Career ExposureWorking hours and location:Central Region (One-North)Monday - Friday, Office HoursResponsibilities:The incumbent will be essential in designing the institution's infrastructure to address various crisis scenarios, such as civil emergencies, disease outbreaks, and mass casualty incidents, as well as managing the institution's Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Additionally, the role involves developing strategies, policies, and training programs to enhance emergency preparedness across all departments within the hospital. The successful candidate will receive training and mentorship in crisis planning.Establish and implement training programs to ensure all staff understand their roles in emergency situations.Work closely with various internal (command, control, communications, surge capacity, etc.) and external teams. Design optimal organizational structures for emergency preparedness.Support the planning and procurement of emergency preparedness equipment, including maintenance and readiness.Plan and implement hospital capacity and crisis operation strategies for both peacetime and emergencies.Serve as the main point of contact for all emergency planning matters, both internally and externally (e.g., Ministry of Health).Support planning for hospital protection during national emergencies.Provide secretariat support for emergency planning meetings, tracking progress, and managing updates.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Singaporeans ONLY.Degree in Business or a relevant field.Min. 3 years experience in a related line of work.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new software quickly.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and persuasion abilities.Quick thinker, effective problem-solver, able to work in fast-paced environments.Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
