Conductive Education Southern is seeking a Manager to lead and promote the organisation to achieve their vision of Maximising the Ability in Disability.
About Conductive Education
Conductive Education is a skill development programme designed to enhance the quality of life for people with motor disorders. It's based on the theory that the brain has a vast capacity to modify its connections or re-wire itself - this process known as neuroplasticity means brain activity associated with a given function can be transferred to a different location through repetition. For this reason, Conductive Education works on the basis that no matter how severe their impairment, everyone can learn with the right support and motivation.
Our team works alongside individuals of all ages and their families to develop a programme to encourage and support people to achieve their goals.
