To find out more, please visit: www.tonymouncemortgages.co.nzReporting to the Managing Director, this role will form an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team by providing strong leadership and management to TMML's Business Development and Lending Adviser teams.
Working in a team environment, you will ensure clients are receiving exceptional customer service and market-leading mortgage advice.
You will also be responsible for the delivery of the growth and business development objectives of the team, in line with TMML's strategy and planning.You will utilise and leverage your superior relationship-building skills with relevant financial institutions and stakeholders to ensure TMML's reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes is maintained, and the BDM and Lending adviser teams' success.
This includes leading the team to collaborate and present timely solutions and business development opportunities as well as identify and facilitate risk referral introductions to the TMx insurance team.You will oversee the efficient workflow management of your team, providing coaching and support where necessary, keeping oversight of the preparation and processing of mortgage applications and ensuring accurate process and compliance is followed.
You will also liaise with the Adviser Support Team Lead and other stakeholders to assist in the accurate completion of mortgage applications and policies, especially renewals and pre/post approval management.To be successful in this roleYou will have strong experience in a similar leadership position, managing a business development area ideally in a financial services sector.
You will be client-centric with exceptional planning and organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
Your ability to lead with empathy and maintain a strong culture within a high-performing and fast-paced environment will be essential.
