Role OverviewLead the continued growth and development of our Central Power business. Be a key people and operational leader in a high performing, results focused and collaborative environment for this section in a Trans-Tasman business.Our Section Manager roles are exciting, challenging, dynamic and rewarding. Your abilities will be tested and developed while playing a significant part in developing our people, delivering strategy, client and project outcomes, and achieving operational goals. You will also play a business line leadership role across the wider Power business, working with three other Section Managers, the Power Leadership team, Technical Directors, and General Manager.You will be leading the evolution of a team culture that focuses on ability, excellence, collaboration, diversity, hard work, fun, and teamwork to deliver innovative and client-focused outcomes, as well as the achievement of Beca's commercial goals for this section. This role will enable you to help others develop into great people, engineers, and consultants. You will be known for, and keen to further develop your leadership skills across strategy implementation, operations, workflow delivery, financial management, margin, and productivity management, and have proven experience developing people.To be successful in the role you will have experience in leading a team of engineers, designers, technical specialists, and project managers who are focused on the end result for the client.
