This is a fabulous role for a high performing, astute, people leader that's also a passionate and experienced retailer from large format or FMCG. Butchery Management experience  would be amazing, but exposure to fresh foods in an FMCG setting would definitely be considered as well.

The Job: 
As the Department Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing all operational and standards within the department. 
45 hours a week, Sunday to Thursday 
Increasing sales and performance  across the department
Mentoring, motivating, training and developing team members

About you
You're from an FMCG background and you're organised and have excellent forward planning skills
You're a proven expert on improving productivity along with building a strong collaborative and thriving culture
You're a person that genuinely likes people - and that is passionate about bringing the best out of them
